I do if I spot a username I recognize from said group...like lambchopsil in osu/maximum7 when they were scanlating Mx0
Haha, my peak scanlating times. Working for 9-ish groups and basically every series for the said groups. Not including the fansubbing I did...
Man, those were the days...
Hmm, for me, I only look at the credits for the groups I associate with or know personally (which is quite a lot actually). In my line of work (especially with MU), you meet tons of scanlators.
I think nowadays though, more people know me as the admin of MangaUpdates than as a scanlator.

I don't really memorize the usernames, unless I've seen them a lot. I've begun paying more and more attention to the names on the credit page, though. I do memorize the groups that are scanlating a particular manga.
Sometime I do read the rants that some of them put on there.
Some have actually made me proper lol. I think it was one from meep-scans. Some funny shizz XD
Other than that, I tend to skip.

I do if the scanlation is any good.
If the scanlation is garbage, I don't bother to and remind myself not to download from that group anymore.

no
most of the groups that worked on shoujo manga have incredibly cheesy credits page, which only increase my dislike-ness of that group since they almost always demand ## of posts in their forum before people can access their releases...
yakitate's credits page is hilarious though 😀

If they post personal messages or rants I read them. If it is the same credit page every time I don't.
Kmts has the best credit pages imo, I've actually laughed more at their credit page than the chapter itself sometimes.
Something I hate though is chapter heavy volumes with a credit page in every chapter. Feels like I'm reading more credit pages than manga. One credit page per volume is the sweet spot imo.

Sometimes. Depends on whether I'm in a hurry or not, etc.

I rarely read scanlations now (and manga in general, actually), but back when I did I made sure to always read the credits page as a sign of respect for the people who worked on it. It's a habit of mine that started when I was a film student in college. It was there that we were taught to sit through an entire movie until the final line in the end credits roll, as a tribute to everyone who worked on it.
