First manga that comes to mind is Crazy for You. Playboy falls for sweet protagonist, but only near the end.
And after playing with every girl he can call out to avoid her. Manga shows him with at least ten, maybe twenty, girls throughout.
Oh, but if you read that, note that according to the mangaka the playboy is very divisive - some readers really like him and the rest hate him to bits. Personally I like him, but admittedly that's because I can sympathise. Girls would just slap him.

Eensy Weensy Monster maybe? Girl is really cute and sweet and the guy is not a in your face playboy, but he's the most popular guy in school...blah, blah,blah....it may fit your criteria and it's a short series at 2 volumes

In the synopsis it says he makes her be his slave, but it's not what you might think.
He does make her agree to be his slave, but in reality that comes down to her having to make him luch every day; that's all

Mitsumete Itai The girl is a happy innocent-seeming girl, although she is actually more than that. The boy is a playboy with a temper, but he's pretty bubbly too.
although, let me warn you, it's josei and slice of life. So things can get pretty painful and...weird. Aside from the girl's heart, I think it fits your requirements just fine 🙂 If you get pass the summary that looks all too complicated, I think you'll really like it. :]

Gosh, this request is tougher than it seems.
Migawari Hakushaku no Bouken? I read this forever ago, but I remember the male lead being called a lady killer and the girl was so innocent she thought it meant he actually kills them. But she's spunky and not the 'moe' type.
Ran to Haiiro no Sekai fits, but it might make you feel uncomfortable because of the age gap (it's a gorgeous manga though)

he kinda have a lot of girls fall for him and he was so impatient when he wanted her and did a mistake so instead, he proposed to her to show his pure intention of some sorts
if the story follows the novel, she'll fall for him first but she left him because he didn't look at her that way and then later he regretted it
