I want shoujo manga that contain gay, yaoi or shounen ai only. NOT YURI, SHOUJO AI OR LESBIAN. Maybe the hero was liking his friend (BOY) or taking a really good care about his friend or whatever.

Clarification would be useful. If you're looking for shounen ai then there is a board for that, if you're looking for shoujo then the 'looking for' board will suffice. So do you want a shounen ai, a shounen ai aimed at young girls, or a shoujo with shounen ai elements?

First of all, you should try searching under the tag "LGBT Character in a Non-BL/GL Manga".
A lot of gay characters in shoujo manga are usually only supporting characters...
There are manga where the LGBT characters are dealing with the impact it has on their lives...
I'll list some manga that have pretty interesting LGBT characters:
Hana Kimi
Kare no Aijou no Hakari - the main heroine after knowing his circumstances fell for a boy who is a gay.
Venus wa Kataomoi - I just recently read first few chapters, but there is a boy who loves his friend. It's a collage centered story and it's told from the main heroine's point of view, a girl that just entered collage. Cute, innocent and sweet manga. (Mangafox has scans up to 6th volume).
Blue (Sakisaka Io)

You know, "LGBT" stands for "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender". Title of this topic should be "Shoujo that contains gay characters".

Cardcaptor Sakura
Fujoshi Kanojo. no actual gay character, but the element of shounen ai was pretty strong in this one
X yes, X was classified as shoujo

Um, any kind of BL that is targeted toward women IS shojo, so BL is merely just a subgenre of shojo. There are shojo that make the affection between the men clear, and there are those that provide only subtext of homo-eroticism, and there are shojo that treat homosexuality in a matter of fact way (aka the guy identifies himself as a gay male instead of the "I'm not gay, I love him as a person, he just happens to be a man" schtick).
I'm assuming you are looking for the gay subtext one.
Banana Fish
Moon Child
Angel Sanctuary
Himitsu
Longer and Slower Than a River
Please Save My Earth

@lonelyathrun - Your request seems clear enough to me.
The One - several characters
Model - the main love interest
Otona Pink - side story at the end
Aisuru Hito and Itadakimasu - comic minor character
Gokusen - he turns up in volume 8
These two are often described as shounen-ai, but the main character isn't in a relationship with the gay character:
Antique Bakery
Otona no Mondai - josei
Second Banana Bread Pudding and what non8 said.
