Agreed with monkey Island, it defeniately beings back memories just from hearing the intro theme (and consequently, makes me want to play them again).
Another one would be legend of zelda (I love those games!).

To me there are only two games of Monky Island: "The secret of Monkey Island" and "Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge".

Meh, Curse of Monkey Island was good, the horrible one was the last one. Escape from Monkey Island should not even be considered a part of the series.
On topic:
Hell March is definitely one of them... Same with the opening themes for the Monkey Island series. And the Chocobo music from the FF games.
A pirate I was meant to be, trim the sails and roam the sea! Man that brings back memories. Heck I still have the game installed in my comp now lol.
