The only one that hasn't been mentioned that i can tink of is crimson cross. It's shounen ai and pretty short, but i love the art : )

I have yet to read it myself, but you can also try Cannon.
Etowa also has a short at the end with an uke vampire in it.

now got a new manga update last year call sweet blood, it about a vampire story together with a highschool student.
the character is so cute, if you take a like on it you can try the manga from the same mangaka call devil bride 🙂

The wild (rose/fangs/wind) series by Yamagishi Hokuto. I mean, technically they're called manbeasts but they're more or less werewolves when you stick to the classic definition.
And maybe Zeus? Characters have supernatural powers, that make them like gods. It's labeled tragedy though.
