I'm looking for suggestions that have to do specifically with Visual Kei. No yaoi/yuri please.

I know a lot of regular band mangas, but I want things flashy and all 😛 lol XD

Thanks in advanced~

Kaine - but it's shounen-ai.
Maybe Blaue Rosen?

In the end (shounen-ai). Just gaze at the pics, don't read.

Othello kinda.
Kinda as in the girl is obsessed with a visual kei group and ends up being a singer or something?

Some visual kei bands are influenced by Maki Kusumoto's work
(She's MALICE MIZER's Yu~Ki's favorite mangaka. PENICILLIN even has a song/music video called Kissxxx. Plastic Tree has mentioned her too in some interview.)

The main character of Kissxxxx is in a goth-looking (probably post-punk, hint hint visual kei) band called Die Kusse (unfortunately it's only been scanlated until vol 2, ch 2, and the scanlator has disappeared again for at least a year T__T)

haha, Kyohei is totally modeled after Kiyoharu

DVD
Detroit Metal City
Haven't read them in a while, so I don't know if you'd consider them "flashy".

I think Kanojo o Mamoru 51 no Houhou has a subplot that is related. Not the main topic, but it is "flashy."

^ That looks interesting, I'm going to read it 😀

Oh almost forgot
Kaikan Phrase
The girl protagonist is writing lyrics for a (VK-looking) band called Lucifer (and naughty things happen between her and the vocalist, lol). Pretty dumb, not my favorite manga, but can be quite entertaining.
