In Hua Hua You Long the seme has really long hair since he is the emperor in historical times =) Under Grand Hotel is another one. You can also try Koori no Mamono no Monogatari and Silver Diamond but both semes (or should I say the one who seem more like seme since these two are considered shounen ai) cut their long hair not long after the story started. But both are amazing series!! =D

Crimson Spell by Ayano Yamane. The seme is the manliest and hottest longhair bishie I ever seen.
