I totally get where you're coming from. I'm female, but I'm more attracted to the 'feminine' look than I am to the masculine look, whether it's in men or in women... There have been a few exceptions, though. 🙂
If you don't mind non-yaoi manga as well, try Change H. Some (if not all) of the couples might suit. Hourou Musuko also has at least one gay transexual character (or would it be 'straight' transsexual, since 'he' is now a 'woman' that's attracted to men?).
