Hmm. I would most defnitly want Lelouche's power from Code Geass. Only bad thing is he can only use it once, but all he has to do is tell the bloke to become his evil henchman for all of eternity

I would chose to have Luffy and Ichigo powers mixed and also have Lily/Nyuu's power as a defence =P
