Just for you, I suffered through this one-shot on a questionable online reader that had a real classy ad for cartoon pornography featuring George Jetson cramming a wine bottle up his wife's ass. Or was it a bowling pin? Hmmm... in any case, it was real classy, indeed.
Anyway, is it "hentai"? Sure. The protagonist is shlicking by page two, and by all rights, the focus of Yuri Awase is sex, or more accurately, a sexual fantasy.
Why is it not labeled as "hentai" here? That could boil down to various reasons. It has an adult tag, but if you feel it needs a hentai tag, by all means add one.

Please understand that you're asking me why someone derived a 3 from 1+1. I can guess why it happened, but ultimately I'd have to ask the person who added it to know for sure.
This database is not absolute, nor are its tags definitive. Hentai itself, as I've previously explained to you, is just a term the west uses to tag R-18 content. That's where the confusion starts, I'm afraid.
What do you think of when I say R-18? Is it a genre or a demographic?
That's a stupid question, right? Naturally, it's a demographic in every sense of the word. R-18 is age restricted to 18+ as the notation implies, and last I checked, the definition of 'demographic' is a target group of people within a population. So if hentai is a term we use to tag R-18 junk, then hentai should obviously be in the demographics category on this site, yeah? Heck, look at this week's poll. Notice how it lists all the major demographics, including hentai?
Hentai should be a demographic on this site, right? Right?
Well, it's not.

Why is it this way? Again, I could only attempt to tell you why someone else added 3 from 1+1; I can't give you a perfect answer. Now, I think I know the answer well enough to explain it, but I also think it's important that you figure it out yourself. Can't have me hold your hand all the time, now.
In any case, if it bothers you, request the credentials to edit manga information to your account and change it. This is a user maintained database, you know?

Gosh, Badkarma, I love you.
if there is an option between "to do" and "not to do", I will always choose the latter.

Didn't you ask about hentai, yuri, and how it works on this site in a different thread?
err it was yaoi, but the same applies.
Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos

IN MY OPINION...
If you consider hentai as 'having sex scenes", sure, yaoi and yuri are hentai. Maybe they don't have the tag hentai because it is kinda easy to conclude that yuri/yaoi = homosexual sex scenes.
I'm guessing the ones tagged with hentai here are different from the normal yaoi/yuri, for example, most of the "hentai yaoi"/"smut yaoi" are under the type "porn without plot", meaning the manga's point is a sex scene (not a manga representation of a homosexual relationship with character development, like others). So, when I want to exclude the ones that are lacking in plot and have more sex scenes than character development, I exclude the "smut" and "hentai" tag, which is quite useful for me.
So, yes, all yuri and yaoi have sex scenes, be it one page with no genitals showing or ten long pages of explicit sex. Can we conclude they have sex scenes just by seeing "Yaoi/Yuri"? I guess. Should we bother tagging all of them hentai and messing up the model we have right now? I wouldn't.
