I want to read a manga where the male protagonist is NOT GOOD LOOKING AT ALL...and...i am not talking about a mediocre looking loser...

I want it something like... ANGEL DENSETSU...

And..the 2nd most important point is that... the story MUST CONTAIN ROMANCE....

I know..its probably not possible to find anything similar to what i want...but still...i wanted to try..

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Well, I think it's a bit too early to tell if the series has serious romance and the protagonist isn't as ugly as in Angel Densetsu but people still don't like the way he looks. Might be worth a look

There's also Sankarea, the protagonist isn't exactly bishie material but none of the characters seem to find anything special about the way he looks so it might not be what you're looking for.

Saru Lock maybe? Again, not as ugly as in Angel Densetsu but you might want to take a look.

Series like the one you're looking for are surprisingly hard to find, good luck.

Toradora! maybe? They all fear him because of his eyes but he is a kind one inside? I recommend the novel over the manga.
