Very, once I actually sit down and get started. I can usually finish anything under 25 volumes in a day if it grabs my interest. Volume for volume, I'm not entirely sure how fast I go, but I do speed up quite a bit as I get into whatever I'm reading (getting down to ~15 minutes a volume, depending on dialog density).

This habit however wreaks havoc on my ability to read normal books. They are far to dense for the kind of speed skimming I tend to do in manga, and if I don't pay attention I will find myself doing it and become totally lost.

Yeah, I always try to get my money's worth out of it. It's a waste if you spend a tenner on a volume and finish it in 30 mins. I tend to drag my reading out for a few days even...

I'm usually a fast reader, but I like to take my time with manga, especially if the art's good.

Nope far from it I'm inconceivably slow at reading lol XD
But i have dyslexia i have an excuse.

Depends, if its something like bleach or something rly action oriented generally 5- 6mins, and for manga with more dialogue probably 10mins max

I'm slow, but only when I actually read it like normal people do.

I sometimes skip 100 of pages, since I don't have any interest in that part.
However, if I read a manga (that I own or got from library) then I read it in 15 minutes. So I'm only slow when it comes to reading on my computer~

Not really. I take my time while reading. I don't like rushing through dialogues/drawings.

😛 i read as fast as i can...to minimize my retention of the material
I can do 30-50 volumes a day if I find the right manga....but if I read it at that speed I can re-read it a few weeks later with 80% of the enjoyment of the first time.

i dont time myself....so i wont no...but if i have to guess...then bout 1 - an hr and a 1/2 so...i guess thats pretty fast??

noop...... im really slow reading manga... most of it cz i spend a lot of time just watching the drawings... and all that... lol....... 😛

If I'm trying for speed most manga takes me about a minute per ten pages. If I'm reading normally it probably takes me 3-5 minutes a chapter. As for actual books, how ever fast MS Sam is able to read them to me.

If it's on the computer I take about an hour or more just to read a volume, depending on the art.
But if it's an actual purchased manga, I take about 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer depending on art, plot, setting, etc.
