A buddy sent me this link to Google spreadsheet where you could follow the info about mangakas, seiyuus, musicians etc. after the terrible disaster. The info is updated non-stop. Here you could see if it is confirmed your favourites are safe.

I requested Takatsuki Noboru and Akira Norikazu to be added. Some name still are missing in the list and if they aren't there we couldn't know if they are safe. I suggest everyone to search for his/her favourites and to add them if they are not there.

The protocol is https but not http so it may occur a prob.:/ I use IE. I'm here now and I tell names to the admin.

the link doesn't work because there is a space between (....en&k ey=tj......) you must paste both lines together
