Before I discuss the new poll, do you guys remember the series of demographic polls? For each poll, the top 5 most suggested series (on the forum) were put on the public poll. Well, here's the file that contains how many suggestions each series got:

Like FMA. I love both versions of FMA :] The anime- though different -was really good! The plot wasn't just trying to end the anime without the true manga ending- but had humor and thought invoking dialogue and events. Actually- I even prefer the anime (not the Brotherhood one- though I need to watch it soon :])
But so far- FMA is just the exception. I usually hate anime adaptions that try to change it up (such as Kurshitsuji .___.)
The Death Note anime I liked- but the episode where L died . . . SO MUCH HO-YAY LOL

It really really depends. By new content, does that mean new plot devices? Like a new side character or a short filler like segment? As long as it doesn't get too out of hand, I don't mind. But I prefer to stick with the manga.

While if it's just a short little gag scene, or some extra fighting, I don't mind if they add that in. So it would depend on how much they'd be changing...

i read the poll as

1. keep the same story plot with no filler.
2. main story with extra filler arcs (see naruto, bleach, etc)
3. entirely filler/ different story (see rosario vampire)
4. no anime

personally i consider adding small non-story/plot related content (things to fill up time) as not filler. so, at least by my opinion, adding minor gags and a making the fighting little longer still counts as the same (choice 1) anything beyond that would go into the second catagory

I suggest that you make a poll to know which Shounen / Shojo / Seinen is the best for MU members.
