Nice to see your narcissist side, Mams. But in regards to your choice, wouldn't it be painful to watch everything pass you by? If you're immortal, then you'd outlive everything and have to continuously search for it. Well, with the exceptions of money and power, I suppose.
I go away and suddenly the spammers are the mods. Okay, I can adjust to that, but... Gorath?! And what's up with Mam's not being the top poster?

If life doesn't need to be eternal, then values do not need to be
either. Reaching something once is enough. I'll lose the people,
I die or not. They're as good as gone when I am dead.

But you're choosing immortality, which means that you'll go on even as they wrinkle and die. You'd live every day with the memory of what you once had and not be able to do anything to get it back. One lifetime of everything sounds nice, but when you have limitless lifetimes, is that one really enough to make up for the rest of them? Well, I guess when I put it like that, it sounds like it, but I'd still rather have love for one whole lifetime and then be gone than live continuously without it afterwards.

Peace is does not exist in death, since peace
dies with the person's mind.
Also, losing is life. I already have lost things that
I can never get back and I have gotten over it.

I agree, peace exists as long as the person does, so wouldn't you want it? What would bring you peace?
And I also agree that during your life, you lose things, so maybe I'm actually running by chosing other than you. You're chosing to keep losing in exchange for always living. I'm chosing to have one lifetime and then stop losing. I have a set time to do everything I want while you can do it whenever. You'll live through history. Me, I'll only know my history because one day I'll be gone and everything I've ever had will cease to exist for me. So basically, you get everything you want, then go for eternity with just your memory. I live once, fight for what I want, then die and escape the pain of everything I lost, but also the joy of what I won.

Eventually, though, mams will probably end up the only surviving remnant of a lost ultra advanced civilization. That should be difficult, yet at the same time intriguing. No doubt his eons of boredom will cause some interesting quirks when he again meets with a new civilization spawned somewhere within the universe. But still, the boredom will be brutal on him.

Boredom is a friend of mine.
Instead of quitting the life, I can still live with the boredom.
I don't see anything wrong with being bored. It's not like
I want to die everytime I am bored.
Also, the overly romantised death crap doesn't really
work for me. When you are dead you have actually gained
nothing. Basically, it is no different of not ever even existing.

I once again lolled when I saw "immorality." 🤣
I still guess I'd take it. I can get the rest if I have
time, except beauty, but I don't think I lack it that much. 😛
Let us share an eternity then.

Money. Money = Power, Beauty, and Happiness (For me, at least)
Or, I'd choose the "something else" and say all of the above.
