That dumb to call it a Star Trek Sword. He hold the opposite way (point backwards not forwards) and is so smaller. I've seen those before. Can't remember what they're called though.

Sadly, I knew that without having to look it up. I just didn't know the spelling. And I'm a Star WARS fan, not really a Trek fan.
Regarding links, and funny Trek-based stories....
First, a puzzle. The point is to get up to 30 by finding out how to get to the next numbered page. Some of you have probably seen this before - sorry. (Note: After the first page, you have to type the next page number into the URL to get there. Careful about looking up information in search engines because you're likely to hit cheats/answers accidentally.
Some of these are tricky. Some require technical knowledge. Some require knowledge of numbers in foreign languages, etc.
On one such item, my husband and a friend were stumped. They did some searches on google and found out that this particular number was written in Klingon. So, they put in the next number in Klingon, and moved on with the puzzle.
Thinking they would stump me with it when I got home, I started playing. They watched as I put in my answers, and when I got to that particular number, I immediately typed in the next number and moved on. They both looked at me dumbfounded.
"No WAY!" they said. "You know the word for [[number]] in Klingon off of the top of you head?!?"
"What the hell are you smoking? That's the number [[number]] written backwards, you moron."
both facepalm
I laughed at my husband's and friend's expense for many days over that. =)
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.

My friend from college here just last week was almost mugged on MARTA (the atlanta subway) and he got this vid from the security camera after working with the police to identify the guy. Watch as the mugger gets what he has coming to him.

Lol.That really interesting.
I've had plenty of friends get robbed around Atlanta. A few of them fought back. I had a friend that was mugged at gun point, but still punched the guy in the face and then proceeded to stomp him out... or so the story goes.
But I've yet to hear a story about someone getting mugged by someone without a weapon... Your friend was very fortunate.
