They're probably just implying asians typically view different content than Europeans and Americans. That there is a barrier to information travel between the groups, perhaps.

They're probably just implying asians typically view different content than Europeans and Americans. That there is a barrier to information travel between the groups, perhaps.
They probably had a different intention in that sentence other than sounding borderline racist. But due to their poorly constructed language, some people like me will perceive it as offensive statements.
