Alright, do you guys use 4chan? Or what are your views on the website.

Personally I think it's a scum hole filled with disgusting pedophiles and whacked out pictures. Although some of the pictures are hilarious as well as the random comments people make. Although I honestly don't spend time on that website, but the wallpapers are great, and some of the internet memes that spawned from 4chan are quite hilarious.

4chan is just as bad as teddy bear junction, the worst scum hole in the universe.

Never have used 4chan, I've only been to the actual website like once.
I've heard enough from one of my guy friends about it, and it just doesn't
interest me. I get my smashtastic wallpapers from Anime Paper (which you
have to be a member of btw) because they're stunning and gorgeous.
If I wanted to read funny/random comments about stuff I'd come here.

I think it depends on which boards you go. Personally, I just try to avoid the ones I know that are extremely graphic. But it's a pretty good place to look for really obscure fanart too.

i normally go there for the big boys stuffs (18+, if you know what i mean). also a neat place to get a little preview of animes to watch (thanks to them, i was introduced to Sketchbook Full Colours and Baccano).

overall, as long as you follow the rules (yes, there are rules despite its infamy) and realise not everything is taken seriously there, it ain't all so bad. just realise some people are very critical of their own opinions and tend to trash you about it. my advice: ignore em'. you don't wanna feed the flame.

for those who wanna start, i suggest reading the rules first. it's a MUST (remember, it may not always work, but requests goes to /r/). then lurk around the place for awhile (around 2 months will do) to get a feel what each board is like. trust me on this. it's not a nice feeling to be told to, and i'm putting it nicely here, bugger off and get banned later on.

used to /b/ alot, moved onto /co/ now for the avatar threads
i see it as a good thing, in it's own way. i'm immune to seeing so many things now, it's a borderline superpower

I only went to it once and was completely turned off from it. It's a disgusting place.

I'm on 4chan a couple hour a week....the fashion board is my newest addiction! I mean it is sooooo bad, fashion+4chan = FAIL

the only other board I ever go on is /b/, but what can I say, I like it there, the lawlessness appeals to me. every once in a long ime I hit up /a/c/cm/y/u/fit/ but it's only a short journey filled with me downloading lots of pictures each go through.

I am still not clever enough to actually post anything for the most part and do not want to be a part of the cancer killing /b/ so I just lurk.

Meh, don't love it, don't hate it. And like CatzCradle says, you can find really rare fanart there. So, sometimes it's actually useful.

It was around the time when I just saw some very, very sick porn when I thought it couldn't get any worse. Then I stumbled across 4chan and realized that no matter how much you look, there's always even more sick stuff than what you've previously seen.

Been there twice. First time I went out of pure curiosity (baaad idea), 2nd time for the lulz. Both times I was between laughing out loud and closing the window with a very 😐 face.
