Ah well idk about in real life, but apparently according to many books and such media, the only "superpower" zombies do posses is a heightened sense of smell and hearing, dunno why but it's just how the people wrote it as.

id use a bat to whack em on the head and run away or y not run them over in a car?cause really where can u get the weapons on the poll?

Chainsaws are not heavy. Even a large, 7-8 horsepower, chainsaw won't exceed 20 pounds.

Zombies can't cross water.
Fighting them - when you can isolate yourself from them, alert the military and calmly organize a large amount of firepower ( preferably a BGM-109 Tomahawk ) - is plain stupid.

And good luck for those who go for chainsaws...if the zombies were created by a bacteria/virus, then you're as sure as dead when a piece of zombie's shattered flesh meets with your skin.

Haven't you ever watched a zombie movie? Anytime anyone stays in one place, they always get killed or are scared out of there by zombies. Zombies always manage to get to you, even if you're behind a river.

Wearing chainmail under a hazard suit means no chance of infection.

Can we have cars/trucks as our choice? A Semi with two 200 gallon tanks on top of the already existing tank can run for quite a while, lots of squishing power.

@zero - you mean crappy hollywood blockbusters that are made to disgust every human being stupid enough to watch it? what I understand as a zombie -> an effect of voodoo. A real walking dead, an animated corpse. And it's not able to cross water.

Good luck at getting a hazard suit...in a small town, for example.

i guess i won´t survive a zombie invasion, the closest thing i can use as a weapon is a screwdriver, then a kitchen knife, there aren´t many weapon shops around here. The only weapon listed on the poll i have experience with would be an axe (used to chop wood), and it´s not good against many zombies...

a melee weapon of course if you use a firing weapon you will be screwed when ammo is out unless you know how to use it as a melee weapon 🤣

i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

Well, I would use a thick spear. Or a quarterstaff with a blade at the end. It should be excellent for fending them off. If they are typical zombies. I just jab a strike toward the head, which would topple them backward if it's sheathed or kill them if it's not. I don't have any experience with such a weapon, but if I was careful I could probably use it well enough to acquire experience with it.
