I am looking for polygamy anime/manga. Not harem or something like that, a true multiple person relationship. There has been to many monogamy series in a row now for me.

I can't think of a single good example by myself to say it should be similar to. Preferably not hentai in content.

Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen - The main character is the result of her father's polygamy.
Ranma 1/2 - Kuno at some point tries to commit polygamy (but none of the girls even like him in the first place).

All I can think of, hope it helps. You should be able to find a few in the historical genre, with it being common for people of high rank to have more than one wife.

Historical manga should have true polygamy, such as Red River, where the princes and kings can have many spouses.

Ranma is a series that I didn't like, but thank you for recommending it even if it is just an attempt at it. If the attempt is the focus of one of its volumes or similar I could force to that point. Is it just a minor note?

Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen also has this in it. Then I will have to start reading it instead of just having it on my wishlist since the synopsis sounded nice.

Hmm it was a long while since I read parts of that since it went to heavily in plot cycles, but I'll save it for when it completes to break the boredom at that time.

No. It isn't cheating if the partner knowns and agrees to it and if the partner doesn't know it is still monogamy.

kissxsis I don't know if it counts because they're not exactly in a relationship, but they do get frisky here and there.

Ooku doesn't have a translation, but I'll put it on my wishlist and get back to it when somebody picks it up.

Monkey Strip sounds exactly like what I want and Kissxsis sounds near enough, thank you a lot. Monkey strip was a bit smutty but otherwise exactly what I wanted. 🙂
