Damn, I knew this shoujo manga that pretty much fits all the criteria, but totally forgot the name. -_-;;
MAJOR SPOILERS!!!
It was about this girl and her 2 male friends, who all had the perfect balanced platonic relationship together. One day, one the the male friends, who was also "gay," had to move away so he secretly asked the girl to pretend to go out with the other guy to keep the female flies away. However, in reality, he had asked the guy to pretend to go out with the girl to keep the male flies away because he was actually in love with her. Blah blah blah, turns out both the guys were in love with her, but she chooses the "gay" guy in the end because he was so considerate of her.

That was the manga recommended above: Atashi wa Bambi, if i remember correctly.
Shibutani-kun Tomo no Kai might be pushing it to the limit,but still try it out.
