What are good 4koma to introduce me to?

It all depends on what genres and types of story you like, but here are some 4-koma titles I've enjoyed:

Chokotto Hime - cutesy slice of life
Doujin Work - comedy, otaku culture, creating doujinshi

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - comedy, school life, creating manga
Sekai Maou - adventure, comedy, fantasy
Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko! - comedy, school life

Nice. Those look fun. I'm not sure what I want either. I've never read 4koma. I like slice of life and comedy. Ecchi is okay. I love manga that can give you feels but it seems 4koma is a bit light for that.

Seconding Chokotto Hime and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.
How about Yandere Kanojo?

If you're looking for a slice of life comedy 4-koma, I definitely recommend The Vampire Part-Timer Kirishima-kun. My group is currently scanlating it and we've already finished translating and posting the first four chapters. It's pretty funny, every character is enjoyable, and there's even a few hints of romances sprinkled in.

I'm not a huge fan of 4-Koma, but these are a few I've really enjoyed:
