It must have had sentimental value. The tooth fairy should have respected that. 🙂

Why does the tooth fairy take teeth? Maybe she doesn't have any? And then, you'd be taking other people's teeth. Hmm...

Maybe she can't afford them. She might be a serial tooth stealer. 😲 Mamsmilk could be just one of her victims.

After watching "Ghost Hunt" I feel we need a thread like this. So share your paranormal, ghost, cryptology, urban legend, weird stuff (Did I miss anything?) experiences here! 😀

I'll start off with a true incident as told to me by a friend :

                           **Something Followed Her Home **

My friend's sister (Who was at that time in high school.) decided to take a short cut home one day by cutting through the local cemetery. When she got home her cat started acting strange. The cat was normally docile but when she enter the living room where the cat was hanging out the cat freaked out and got really aggressive. At first it stared in shock at my friend's sister then hissed and ran after her clawing and biting. It was like it was attacking something attached to her leg. Thinking it was a weird smell on her pants she took them off but the cat ignored them and continued to attack her legs. Unable to stop the cat from attacking she ran into her room and locked the door. My friend and his grandma was there to witness this. The cat completely ignored them and ran in front of the girl's door hissing and growling. When my friend went over to the cat it meowed pleadingly at him then looked back at the door and continued to growl and hiss. His sister then explained though the door that all she did was taken that cemetery short cut. When their grandma heard, she figured something "dirty" had followed her back home, so she performed this cleansing ritual with a broom and swept the "unclean" things from the house out the front door. After that his sister tried coming out of her room and found out the cat calmed down. It sniffed her being cautious but didn't find "whatever" was there earlier. It continued to search the house completely before calming down completely. After that whole incident nothing like that happened again. Weird huh?

I know it's probably a bit weird to be quoting such an old post, but was her grandmother Wiccan? That's a Wiccan purifying ritual.

a worker in my moms business has her great great...grandmother still alive at what i think she said was 200yrs old...(wow she lived in through the days of the Philippine national hero 😲 when the Philippines was still under spanish rule)and she has a "black tongue" so whenever she curses someone like "i hope you die" it really happens. better be careful not to piss her off...

and i remember something happened somewhere in the mountains had a sign of no photographs. a photographer and his uncle ignored the warning and while posing for a photograph the uncle of the photographer fell down the mountain and died. they developed the pics and saw that behind the uncle were ghosts pulling on him. this was actually in the news...don't know if its real or maybe edited photo though. oh yeah the photographer also died for some unknown reasons a few days or weeks after...creepy

Ooooh, I've heard of those! The ones with the photos and the cameraman dying. Which reminds me of an anecdote of my sister's friend which goes something like this:

A Muslim is required to do their pilgrimage at least once in their lifetime if they can afford it. For those of you who don't know, this means that they have to travel to the sacred land Mecca to worship Allah. Note that photography isn't allowed here unless you have the permission from the government or something like that.
Anyways, there is this ceremony where you "stone" devils at four pillars (if I'm not mistaken). You've probably heard new where heaps of people die during this ceremony, so yeah, I know its kinda silly but this story tells you otherwise. So the mother of my sister's friend snuck a camera in somehow and took a picture of one of the pillars.
So, they finish the pilgrimage and get back home. The photos were developed. Everything was normal...except for the fact that the house became an oven. It heated up to the point that the fridge got busted, the air conditioners can't do anything about it and don't work, opening windows wont help. It went on for days until they looked through the photos that were developed. In the photo of the pillar, was a group of devils dancing, yes, dancing. Think of it as a physical animated gif or something >_> so yeah, they figured that it was the source of the heat and burned it. After that, everything went back to normal.

Ummm...no. Actually I have no real idea. They're Chinese and agnostic...well the grandfather is Christian. It's probably a traditional thing rooted from Taoist beliefs.
