Pirates still exist, they just operate in countries that are either still developing or are struggling (ie the ones that dont have the power to really stop them).

In that case, I'm gonna interpret the pirates to mean space pirates. Then I'm going to give them the win. After all, there's no such thing as space ninjas.

There are present day pirates. They attack ships all the time. Just because America has a strong navy to prevent piracy in the area doesn't mean everywhere in the world is so strongly policed.

Ninjas, because if there are zombies then it would only be rational for a ninja to be able to use ki as well. Zombies wouldn't be able to hit ninjas, they dodge too much, pirates have no formal training and have too many disabilities (peg legs, eye patches and all), and robots are limited by there power sources.

Unless the robots have nuclear weaponry. Then they win.

Pirates because they are the only ones who can take down the Robots with their cannons. The zombies would all be ripped to peices and the ninjas would be taken out by the Robots IR vision so Pirates 😛
