Exactly.

Besides, Ninjas would win, cause of their espionage skills. They could easily sneak into the "production factory" of the robots and find a way to deactivate or destroy them by using their "advanced technology" against them. They could kill pirates the same way, by sneaking onto the boat and assassinating everyone.

And zombies? come on... Yes 1 million zombies would overrun anyone, but who said what the numbers would be? if its 1 million ninjas vs 1 million zombies, then I think I would put my money on ninjas

actually there are many ways to hide your heat signiture besides some magic ice suit. The easiest most messy way is with mud. And if we are talking super ninja's like Ryu Hayabusa then I doubt a missle would really stop them.

I recall in "How to Survive Zombie Uprising" the author mention there's a hidden group that act as demon slayer in Japan since feudal era. That's why there's little fact / unknown about Japan zombie outbreak. I imagined this group act like Ninja.

Ninjas, they can break robots by throwing their kunai in between the armor.

But what if they are robo-ninjas?

Zombies cuz once a zombie infects a ninja or a pirate, then you got ninja-zombies and pirate-zombies fighting ninjas and pirates. Unfortunately I see no way of infecting robots unless they have some organic parts in them.

Ok, sorry. My point is Roboninja doesn't really powerful compared to robo or ninja only. Sure roboninja are strong but the weight of their body/armor hindered their speed. A fatal weakness for ninja who tend to focus on speed technique. Well, that's realistic opinion btw, not anime/manga/game (where roboninja are strong and fast -> Mortal Kombat?) related opinion.

Eventually every one of them will be overwhelmed by zombies.

The robots will just die from malfunction of too many zombies trampling them.
