Anime/Manga wise - Ninjas. They are by far much stronger, more powerful, and more intelligent than the others. Rarely are robots just robots. They usually are controlled or piloted by humans or are some sort of hybrid which I don't consider robots. Pirates have a fatal weakness and most are just normal humans. Zombies get destroyed by everything even normal humans.
Theoretically - Ninjas would just control the robots and destroy the rest. Pirates are usually humans with no real powers or not even considered real pirates. Zombies are over hyped, they always lose to humans so how will they be able to win over the others.

I said it before. I'll say it again. Robot Pirate Ninjas. The Robots will win because they can do stuff like that. I'll admit that the pirates and the ninjas can become zombies so they too can become multiple things. But they can't become robots.
I really should get an avatar

This is basically going to be Robot Ninjas vs. Zombie Pirates. Why?
Because zombies would overrun ninjas and pirates with sheer numbers and infect them. And since ninjas require discipline and training while zombies all have rotting brains, we get left with Zombie Pirates.
Also, robots could just load a program, no need for years of training. Thus we get Robot Ninjas.
Now it's just going to be a war of attrition. Zombies Pirates would totally outnumber Robot Ninjas, but 1 on 1 Robot Ninjas would win. And no matter how large the numbers, you can't really attack a robot with more than 5 zombies at once or so. There's just no room for more.
I guess Zombie Pirates would win if they have enough numbers to keep up the attack until the Robot Ninjas run out of energy, otherwise the Robot Ninjas will win.

one on one:
robot>ninja>pirate>zombie
if its a single robot, its usually very high-tech and would just zap the others.
ninjas are strategic and sneaky, but they can't win against the robots heat sensors, and their swords would dent against the metal.
groups fights:
zombie>pirate>ninja>robot
no one can escape a zombie epidemic. robots/ninjas grow weaker with numbers, while pirates stay the same.
Doing nothing is very hard to do. You never know when you're done.

Why would robots get weaker in group battles? Interconnected cybernetic hive mind insures teamwork...
