Wow. You're the first person (aside from my parents, obviously) who actually likes my name. Yay! 😀

It is noble, but I hated it all through my youth: unlike all the Jennifers or Julias or whatever, I don't know anyone aside from my grandmother who bears my same name (and when you're a kid, and your friends forget or mispell it constanly, it does piss you off quite a bit). Now that I'm older, I actually appreciate being "one-of-a-kind", but it took a good fifteen years at least for me to feel that way.

Well, I guess everyone has issues with their names. I hated mine for being too uncommon, while my sister hates hers (Julia) because everyone and their mother is called that.

My name is Elia. Its a passed down name, from my grandmother, then my mother then me. I really like it ^ ^ seemengly my grandmothers parents picked it randomly somewhere in the bible. I found out that it means light in greek ( As in sunlight, not weight). I intend to pass it on if I have any daughters.

My name is my sign-in name, Takeva. I like my name but I hate how I got it. My cousin had a girl in high school she couldn't stand but she liked her name. She suggested it to my mother. And to this day I don't think my cousin likes me either. lol but if it wasn't for her i would have been named Ashley. I Have 6 friends named Ashley. I would have been Ashley H or something. 🤣
