Hello! I want to read harlequin manga, but I've already gone through all of the ones listed under the Harlequin tag. Are there any more?

Anything similar to harlequin traits are alright too. I like harlequin's dramatic elements + shallow plot/characters + quick read. Short drama without the emotional investment! I must satiate this need.

Thank you!

Hi,

Checked out your complete Harlequin list which has 118. My complete Harlequin list has 131. Maybe you can check out the other 13 missing from your list.
I'll have to get back on to you on the Harlequin like manga without the harlequin tag ...

Cool! A very thorough list. Most of the 13 are ones I dropped, but I did find two I've never seen before. Off to read them now - thanks!

If you're willing to buy them there's a ton that Harlequin K.K. released in English. (Ebook format)

Hajimari wa Suna no Ichiya is from the Harlequin Romance magazine, but there isn't a 'Harlequin' tag for it yet.

I've been considering buying harlequin emanga, but the high prices are troubling, considering the quality. =/ I might buy a few that I really want, but not more than that until they get a decent typesetting system going on, or at least lower prices.

Ohh! I've heard of Hajimari wa Suna no Ichiya. No idea why I haven't read it yet. Thanks!

@kitty1826x: I think Wakusei Honey got misplaced on your list. Not a bad manga though; I've rediscovered my interest in telepathy.

^ Yeah, I know what you mean. It's sort of a hit or miss (mostly miss) with a lot of titles.

Hajimari wa Suna no Ichiya - Reads like a first chapter to a Harlequin, without the rest of the chapters. Such a shame it's a oneshot.

EDIT: Aaand I failed to see it mentioned two posts above me already. Oh well.

maybe something from OHMI Tomu

or you can try finding something in josei+ romance + drama + completely scanlated + not on any of your lists =
http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?genre=Drama_Josei_Romance&filter=scanlated&list=none&perpage=50
if the list is too long maybe depending on your taste excluding psychological or comedy or supernatural ...

hmm, not sure it's what your looking for, but First Girl, and other mangas by this author...They tend to be quite long, but the drama + (arguably) shallow plot/character development is there

Might help to look at the authors. Since HQN manga are adaptions of books, their English-language author is usually identified. Look for the big HQN hitters like Charlotte Lamb, Anne Mather, Yvonne Whittal, Carole Mortimer, Anne Hampson, Penny Jordan, Rachel Lindsay, etc. They were huge producers in the Presents line (the most Dramatic) for HQN and I see their works adapted more than others.
