Well, as the title explains, i'm looking for a YAOI with a specific thing in it.

The only one I could think of right now is Undergrand Hotel. There's quite a bit of what you're looking for in it actually. Either way, it's a great read.

I know that there are many scenes like that that I have seen, but it is so hard to pin point them. I think Surf Junkie has one the first time they fool around, but I forget.

Ze by Yuki Shimizu - specifically Ryuusei x Moriya in Volume 6 which hasn't been scanlated and is out of print. However, if you look for raws, you'll find it. (love this couple by the way!) And if you haven't read it, I'd recommend it anyway.
