I vote Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto since he's pretty much the reason I stopped following the series;

Suzaku Kururugi of Code Geass since I've disagreed with pretty much every move he's ever made in the series;

And finally, Toshiro Hitsugaya of Bleach, because I just don't like him.

Siesta from Zero no Tsukaima. Once upon a time I really liked the character, thought she was a cute, sweet, nice, good alternative to Louise, then she crossed the line from "sweet but hopeless" to "painfully and pathetically desperate" to annoying fall back plot device that stops any progression. At this point I want to fast forward any time she shows up on the screen.

1. Misa from Death Note... Seeing her makes me want to wash my mouth. Stopped reading Death Note because of her.
2. Sakura from Naruto... Selfish, drops friendship for a guy who didn't like her, picks on others just to make herself look better, puts down Naruto even though she's worse, knows that she's wrong but doesn't admit it... all the qualities I hate.

There are others but these two really top my hate list.
