Sicks from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro cuz his name describes him all too well.
Aizen from Bleach cuz someone needs to tell him to STFU and stop being such a cocky bastard. "Oooh yes now that I've taken off my glasses I'm all powerful!!" Uh, no.
Yamato from Eyeshield 21 Same reason as above. And cuz he doesn't deserve his good looks >:-( .

Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto)
Nina (Code Geass)
Akito Sohma (Fruits Basket)
Yui Hongo (Fushigi Yuugi)
Sae Kashiwagi (Peach Girl)
Johan Liebert (Monster, he's just creepy)
The birth parents of Arima (Kare Kano, with more towards his mother)
Nakago (Fushigi Yuugi)
I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

I agree with the hatred of Nina from Code Geass, she is so annoying!
'Oh no! My weapon of mass destruction killed people!' What did she think was going to happen?
My list, in order, is
Nina ~ Code Geass (For a genius she's clueless)
Inoue ~ Bleach (Other than being used by bad guys to threaten the good buys exactly why is she around?)
Ino ~ Naruto (Uselss as far as I can see since her main jutsu leaves her a burden to others)
Misa ~ Death Note (I want to shoot her!)
ALL harem/ecchi manga girls, no personality, no originality, nothing interesting about them at all. Just ridiculously oversized breats and cliche lines.
The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
