Looking at from a backwards glance thus, ya 666satan was better in most aspects (if better can be defined).

However, for me, Naruto won where it truly matered. I was far more immersed in the naruto world and was more eager to know what would transpire.

Both are great, and im reading both, but though there similarity's all manga's differ form one another.

I won't really draw too much to Naruto because everyone already has but, what about the remarkable similarities to Dragon Ball?

yeah actually I read a little of 666 Satan, and enjoyed it.
I went on to wikipedia to find out how many chapters behind I was and listed off similarities to dragon ball
Jio/Goku - start out as kids
Ruby/Bulma - blue haired, teenage that are on treasure hunts
very little use of tonesheets
ect.
ect.

I think this means when it becomes an anime, the time skip will be called 666 Satan Z 😀
