i started reading this at a library from book one, and after he peed and cried i put it down. where was the mangakas sense of pride when he wrote this? that just makes me sick. i know its more "realistic" to cry when you get beat up but not in manga.manga is about unrealistic things that could almost never happen in real life. not about things that could acctually HAPPEN. and also i cant stand that his friends sold him out. they bought $60 things to get protected and the whole class out casted him just cuz he lost. and the summary is stupid. theyre going to teach him new things one by one or something stupid like that. does the story even get good? ive never even bothered to look at the information page.

OK I read 4 volume of the piece of..... and with each chapter I wonder how could a great original fun manga like MxO is discontinued but this...this...this mind raping trash is ongoing 😕 ?? and yes I agree with the guy who said no amount of titties,ass or near hentai moments are going to save this trash, I'm even more surprised it got an Anime and a goddamn shonen award for best shonen!!! an old manga like GS Mikami with an old art style is 1000000 times fun and more exciting then this!

be a liiiitlle easy on the lingo.....it might be enjoyable to some ppl....i think the anime was ok ..not good ...but watchable when u have nothing better to watch......but yeah this author has a reputation for shelling out mindless echhi

I personally think that aside from Oh Gs penchant for long winded flashback arcs that interupt the main story, the main plot is pretty good - i would love to see where is goes (when it actually gets going!! - i feel like i have been waiting for Iki to get his regalia finished for years now)

Hey, at least it isn't Tenho Tenge. I tried rereading it 3 times and got always got lost around the 70th chapter. No matter how hard I tried. It's not a language barrier, nor is it a faulty translation.
It's just Oh! Great and his extremely rich and complex style. There are more flashbacks in his stories than real-time action. 😛

I love Air Gear and Oh! Great, but I do agree with this forum. The manga is not the same anymore. I feel as if though the author has watered down the series to the point where Air Gear only makes sense if you're hyped up on drugs (ok i'm exagerating). Also, the manga was not as romance-oriented as it is now. Now there is the whole drama with Kururu x Ringo x Simca. I would appreciate a traditional action-shonen manga. I know Bleach and Naruto also have some romance in it, but it does not drag on as Air Gear.

And the scene with Obama is bullshit, BUT, Oh! Great is from Japan, and maybe he complying with the Japanese's interests.

Lastly, I think Oh! Great is desperate to try to make this manga last, and to be honest, I do not mind. But I will appreciate if the series was as awesome as the beginning. I think Oh! Great is a genious by incorporating sci-fi with action. He is one of the best mangaka I know and I am pleased with his previous series, like Tenjo Tenge.

I totally agree with Krazy Apple and what they wrote.The beginning of the manga was oriented on the Sky Regalia, and still is. But, the only difference is the crap added to the side. The crap could make the plot more rich, but some shit has to go. For example, like the drama with Kilik, Sora, and Nike or with Ringo, Kururu, and Simca. But other than that, I believe that they're right on the military intelligence, adding Obama for laughs (I was literally laughing out loud), and especially respecting artists for their hard work.

Dear OH!Great from now on i won't read scanlated manga again.
So please oh please don't make us read something terrible as Obama in girls body again.

What made me stop reading Air Gear were the "super powers". In the beginning just because you had a Air Trek it didn't mean you could destroy a house with your wind or go ka me ha me ha.

This dude Oh Great has my applause lol. Obama all the way then putting him into a girls body LOL. My favorite part is when your reading and ur not lost but in 1 chapter you immediately get lost and dont find your way back to understanding then you realize shit he found a new dealer lol. Listen the dude is a freaking genious at writing stories its just almost 60% into ALL his stories they suddenly just become random. If he didnt do the random stuff even though its funny i gaurentee he would be 1 of the best story tellers out there. Im just curious what drugs is he taking >_> maybe he mixes them to help with stories kinda like the toon or w/e on South park where he lit a joint to think 🙂 🤣

i just loved the begning with gang wars with roler blades and stuff and the fighting but then it just went haywire, military shit? weapons? good damn the only thing keeping me reading from chap 200 to the rest is just to see what happens between ringo and ikki... what will happen between sleeping forest and team ikki.
