Huh....i thought i was the only one who couldnt stand the lack of sense in the plot of this manga since it seems to be doing so well. Guess not 😀
I really wanted to like this manga. it had all the pieces to make a great manga, everything was there. Yet somehow the plot fails on epic porportions. I forced myself to read the first chapters thinking i'll get better but with all this talk of aliens and Obama....lmao....staaaaaaayin far away from this one. Thanks for the warning.

I think the military things are logic, I mean such dangerous thing like air treck isn't just fell down from the sky. Even internet you are using right now came from the military project (ARPANET right?)
About the obama thingy, lol! After all this manga has humor genre, as long as it makes me laugh its acceptable for me (def that 'obama' makes me laugh so hard)
At first I don't understand neither, but I don't give up and keep readin. And now I think this is a great manga with a lot of twist and unpredictable plot. If you still lost you can join some forum like in the onemanga.com, believe me its really help you. But if you still don't like it then just keep away from it. And please show some respect to the artist for his hardwork. (I'm sorry for my bad english)

There's nothing complicated about Death note. Things are explained and they make sense. In Air gear things are explained and still dont make sense.

And there's really no hardwork to appreciate here, it's clear to me that Oh! Great spends as much time planning his works as he does sowing his own socks and painting stones. He is a slave to the masses and uses good artwork to please horny dumb kids who can't get their hands on real porn. Perhaps in this case readers should demand respect from the author. Air gear is bull's pizzle.

as Agito would say FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK! i'm only on chapter 200 and the WTF factor started, for me, at chapter 198....i'm still trying to figure this loki naked night club shit out? i think i might have to stop reading if this goes into american politics or some shit. seriously. why the F@#% does oh!great have to turn a half decent shounen manga (albeit a real echi one) into AMERICAN POLITICS. definately takes the shitiest plot twist award. 😔

in defense to the manga, it's not like the whole "military and politics" thing came out of no where. oh!great at least had the decency to establish this early on in the manga. i just don't like that fricken obama (even if it did make me laugh) and the american politics. what's oh!greats gonna have ikki and gang tread shit outta the white house? that would at least be amusing, but still...

as for the idea of aliens.....i'll have to wait and read that far to judge that. i honestly don't mind some sci fi, but it depends on if it's justifiably tied to the plot or just some crack meth trip.

EDIT: after reading to moslty recent chapters, i still enjoy air gear, but i have a fairly good tolerance to crack in manga. the plot's still there, it just coincides with...a lot of other stuff?

I have to agree that the plot is getting weirder and weirder but didn't you sort of see this coming. The manga revolves around aggressive inline skating and it is not going to be just racing and battling with them forever. It's going to get to the point where we learn more and more about the origin of the AT because boobs and inline skating will only get you so far or maybe the series is on it's last leg and they are deciding to end it like juju.

I wonder the topic every time I read a new chapter... but I went this far so I might as well stick it out.

Couldn't get past volume 1 and people are saying aliens,military,Obama and a pregnant girl is in this manga, this guy has been sniffing a LOT of glue or petrol! but you know i'm gonna skim through this manga just to see these things and laugh a little, oh! Great should either let someone who's not on crack do the story telling and he just stick to doing art, or do Hentai! mangas but even his Hentai works are F***d up and make no sense! I mean WTF is so hard about doing h mangas? LOL>
