Favorite Manga Mascot

Just wondering what everyone's favorite mascot in a manga series was. For people who don't understand, a mascot is more like a pet or a guide, usually in the shape of a small animal, magical creature, or stuffed animal. Sometimes it doesn't even have anything to do with the manga, for example, the cat in Trigun.
My favorite would have to be Kon from Bleach.
Second might be Chamo from Mahou Sensei Negima!.

Isn't Pikachu a mascot for just the games and the anime?
Anyway, my choice is Kon. It's a pity how much he gets forgotten and mistreated after he goes into that stuffed lion. 😔

I do find Pikachu cute, even the name is....for my pic since I really havent watched anime or read manga recently, find me a cat like witty but sarcastic side kick, is/was there one?

Okurimakuri-kun from Shinshi Doumei Cross. So freakin' adorable.
Kon from Bleach and of course, Pikachu come at a very close second. 😀 😀 😀
