I really enjoy manga with a romance theme. I'm looking for stuff that doesn't end with one of the main characters(the main lead and love interest mainly) having a fatal condition or the like. I enjoy happy ending manga. xD I wouldn't prefer shoujo but will prolly read the recommendation.

Any genre you don't want besides tragedy? What kind of protagonists (male/female) do you like? O_O A list of mangas that you've read that fit what you're looking for can help as well.

i prefer action or adventure though more RL slice of life situations are good too. >.> i have alot of interests. as for leads tsundere are nice. I don't really care for the weak male lead. ><

Well from that list I suggest Always Together, Bus Hashiru, and add in Love Roma and Genshiken as well.
Didn't see Shakugan no Shana in your list. (Action + Adventure + Romance + Tsundere.)

Angel Densetsu! Great manga (not very heavy on the romance, but it's there)
Outlanders (nice ecchi SF manga with an interspecies relationship thrown in)
Jinbe (little bit of pseudo-incest with a happy ending)
Parallel (pretty good for a shounen romance)
