I'm looking for an action manga where the main character betrays or runs away from an organization that he works for. Probably because, he found out that the organization is evil, Wants to settle down from his work in the organization, falls in love, gets a lot of money or whatever, as long as he betrays the organization.

Similar setting is: black cat

Code Geass, losely and vaguely has similarities very loosely (I'd just reccomend Code Geass to everyone despite the specifics they're looking for)

Watashi no Messiah-sama , lot of action, there quite a lot of backstabbing and betrayal. I feel that most of the characters are idiots that dont think, you may like it?

Claymore
World Embryo (The female protagonist, though we've yet to see how far the betrayal goes.)
Bleach of course has some characters that betrayed the shinigami, not the main protagonist though.
I'm sure I'll think of others.

Chrno Crusade
Cowboy Bebop Though I'm not sure the manga covers it.
