Love Hina FTW. Not just the ending, the plot and storyline as well as the character's development are also the best among other harem manga.

Not quite sure yet.
Pretty much any harem manga ending I found lacking in at least something.
But I have high hopes for the ending of Umi no Misaki.
Just once I want to see a harem ending, that would be the most win ending ever.

But if I have to pick one at this very moment, I would go with Ai Yori Aoshi.
The only harem manga whose end did not annoy me in any way. Hell, most of the story didn't annoy me, quite unlike some other harem mangas. coughLove Hinacough
