It should be romance and comedy (school setting is much appreciated too). I hope no one will give me a different criteria because I am looking for an anime or manga that the guy at first does not like or not interested in the heroine which is popular just like in Oreshura (anti love) and Hibi Chouco (unaccustomed to girls).. I happened to like the noticeable attitude of the main hero in Hyouka(guy reserving energy), Oregairi(guy who is also lazy), TWGOK (only prefers 3D),Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (nothing special too mention, just to avoid it being recommended)

as far as it goes I hope the guy is not that perverted (or not at all), not wimpy (I can deal with it if he's smart) and I hope the story does not focuses on mech or fighting (if not avoidable, please do recommend it anyway)

Love Allergen Might fit. He is not interested in her at the start, and she is popular. but it's kind of short.

Iris Zero -should be what your looking for, male lead is discriminated against, and the female lead is one of the most popular girls in school who needs his help, and at first he does not want to help her in the least. its a pretty cute one if you have not read it

Kurenai Ouji -he is the prince of the demon world and goes to earth to get rid of a threat to his kingdom, which turns out to be the female lead. he tries to kill her at first but gets interested in her and while saying "ill kill her when i want to", he becomes friends with her

and maybe Kami-sama Hajimemashita -shes is not really popular though, and it takes a really really long time for him to actually like her back
