Lunar Legend Tsukihime and Melty Blood; best I can offer.

The story's variation of vampires is so creative, I just can't get enough of it, plus, the story and drama is superb.

I'm getting quite impatient with Melty Blood serialization, since i haven't seen a new chapter since chapter 22.

plus the Fate/Tsukihime crossover doujinshi by Crazy Clover Club is so awesome, you should read it as well. website from Gaku Gaku Animal Land

Well, most everything I've heard of has been listed already...You could check out Princess Resurrection. There are several vampires in the series, but recently, the series has started moving away from the vampire antagonists (there is still at least one vampire in the later sections). Anyway, you be the judge.

Castlevania (dunno if its scanlated, but I saw the manga at my local barnes and nobles)
RustBlaster
Vampire Game
Vampire Hunter D
This one is yaoi, but its about vampires, Necratoholic
Well Tsubasa Reservoir has vampires in it....
that's all I can think of, but I really recommend RustBlaster..it's only one volume long so its a quick read but it has action and drama...
