17 years! I don’t use the forums much but I’d be lost without this website to keep track of all the random obscure manga I’ve read and promptly forgotten about. I hope MangaUpdates lives forever.

I really enjoy reading old posts or people's responses. It's so nostalgic, like I'm transported back to that time..... Yes, I wonder if the site will still be active in 10 years, I don't know, we'll see🙂.

Eleven years and counting... this site is so much better than GoodReads. I really wish there was a site that was this fast and well-laid-out for books. I'm also impressed by how timeless the design language has proven to be. A big kudos to the site's original architect.

I don't really read much manga anymore, but it's nice to go back once in a while. Also still trying to see how Noragami will end, even though I barely remember the story at this point.

Of course. This place is a comfortable home.

I started using this place as a backup that had no chance of getting deleted or copyright killed. It's a simple record of what I've read, am reading, want to read and it's all just so valuable to have if a platform I'm reading on dies or I lose track of something and want to find out where it's at after months or years.

Lots of info and a community that helps. I've added info as well and a few series that I didn't see. Can't live without it now.

Took a long break in the middle since 2007. I use the site mostly to look up series names in other languages and what scanlators' real sites are.
