The short stories in Dengeki Love Machine pretty much have this theme. The girl in the first story especially fits what you're asking for, the others not quite as much.

Ahiru no Oujisama - though it only happens once and isn't a huge matter.

The main male Charakter in Monster Collection gets raped by a female naga and a sorceress ^^ poor guy.
But the scene is mostly comedy, and the manga is action-fantasy genre so i don't know if this is somethin you had in mind. Scene is at the end of volume 3 so you have to read a while to get there. but the manga is worth reading 🙂
