Wow, this is a funny thread!

Well, I'm sure there's tons of embarrassing things I have regretted asking/saying, though the one that made the biggest impact on me was when I wanted to confess to my first love after I hadn't seen him for six months (we had talked on the internet tho).

Me: Oh! It's so great so see you!
Him: I know! I missed you sooo much!
Me: Oh, me too... you know, actually, there's something I'd like to tell you about that... but, first... how've you been?
Him: Great! Oh, and there's something I have to tell you too!
Me (and this is the part I regret): Okay... you first.
Him: Okay... get ready... I'm getting married next month! To Sarah!
Me: ...
Him: I know, you're speechless, huh? Isn't it great?
Me: Great... yeah... congrats, man!
Him: Thanks, you know it means a lot to me coming from you. You're like family to me.
Me: Yeah.
Him (looks at me all beaming): So... what did you wanna tell me?
Me: ...

And just so you know, the guy had broken up with the idiotic girl (she had dumped him and kicked him out of the house) and had told me he hadn't talked to her any more. Turns out she'd asked him to try again, and the fool had told me nothing of their big plans "to surprise me"!

That plan sure went well....

When I was little I only had black people around me. I knew white people exist but I never met one. My brother is mixed with Puertorican and was really the only lightskinned person I knew and he had black hair so I thought all Puertoricans have black hair (later I found this isn't true). Anyway it was a girl called Spaghetti and she was a different color and she had like really light hair I guess it was like a brownish orange. We were playing and I liked her and thought we were good friends. I thought we were so good of friends I asked "Are you white?"
..........She cried
She cried and told everyone what I had asked her and I got into so much trouble. Look I was freaking 6 years old and I wanted know badly. I regretted saying it because she never played with me again even though I said I was sorry so many times. I didn't know kids could hold a grudge but yes alot of them can!! I found out later she was mixed with black and white. I say her a few years ago and she grew up very pretty. So if any of you have kids let them watch TV even if you don't want them to but TV helps kids learn alot of things. 😛

explaining the many things i have tried with chips only to get "your nuts" look, thus exposing myself as slightly crazy.
asking my friend if she was on drugs
saying no when this guy i had a crush on asked me out at school. i still ponder what made me reject him
other things which show that im not so normal, cant remember........

"If Edward Cullen was actually alive, he'd have to be a Mormon." I wouldn't have regretted it, but there were 3 mormons at the table. XD Lol woops. XD Not that they got it at first, but then I had to continue and explain the joke to all the 10 people at the table, and that made it even worse. XD

(Yes... I know.. Religious joke. Don't shoot me.)

i asked my teacher: "when is the baby coming?" (since she looked like she was pregnant) and then she told me that she just put on some weight. 🤢

Its better to just leave those things alone.

But i thought it was easy to tell if someone was pregnant, because it seems that the weight itself is lower than the stomach...

seems my eyes aren't working quite right.

must be because i spend too much time on computers.

I have trust issues and nearly ruined my friendship with my best mate when, after a couple of years of friendship I asked her to mind the house and pets while me and my family went on holiday. No problem there but when we returned I couldn't find my dvd ANYWHERE! This was back when dvd's were pretty new and I was the only person I knew who had a dvd player so it was a pretty big deal, especially since my household income is rather high and her's is rather low so there is a big economic gap between us. Anyway, to my eternal regret I ended up more or less accusing her of stealing it, which prompted my brother and his mates to start a hate campaign to expose her as a thief and she stopped talking to me. After 3 weeks I found the dvd, it had fallen behind the piano. I then immediately swallowed my pride and explaine dthings, starting a month long campaign to win back her trusty and friendship. We got over it but even now on the rare occassions we ever talk about it I know it still upsets her that I was so doubtful of her character.

Other than that other regrets are letting people see how misanthropic I really am, my friends nickname me Hitler as a in-joke but outside of my group people seem to take it the wrong way and think I truly am a genocidal maniac when all my theories are logical when explained properly, people just don't often let me explain properly, lol.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
