The only incest story I read (the title escapes me at the moment) was about two brothers (yaoi) who grew up separately and think they're not blood-related (at the end of the manga, the elder finds out from dna tests they actually are, but keeps quiet about it in order not to upset the younger).

So, yeah, up till the very end you're sure they're just step-siblings (I have nothing against that, even if it's cliché!), but, well, when I find out they weren't, it did bother me. I mean, I KNOW they were doing it unconsciously at first, so it wasn't really their fault, but... yeah, incest is just not for me.
