I'm surprised that there's not a thread about this. Bleh, autographs, where to start... Ehm, I don't mind mine that much, but I'm not exactly proud of it either, it's something really simple and easily copy-able if you tried. 🤣

My first autograph was literally some scribble-scratch, I just did something. And then when I got home, I was all like, "How did I do that again?" 🤢 I avoided using it for 4 years... Well, I was 12-16 anyways, so there's not much to autograph. And then I got it changed into a much simpler one. But lately I've been thinking of changing it again.

With the rate I'm changing it, they might suspect me of some louche business, haha.

So, do you like your autograph? Did you spend much time practicing it? Have you changed it as well? Etcetera.

I thought this would be a thread about autographs from celebrities or the like...>_>

My first autograph was just an M with a line through it, I was 10 I was young. But besides that mines has stayed pretty much constant throughout the last 5 years. Simple and neat. ^-^

So, do you like your autograph?
Yeah, I guess. I mean I am still using it...

Did you spend much time practicing it?
Yeah like 5 minutes and then gave up.

Have you changed it as well?
Nope, you're alone there buddy. 😛

<_< same here...I was about to rant about one too...
Thread should probably be re-named as "signatures" or something to avoid confusion.

As for Doc's questions:
So, do you like your autograph?
Yes. Particularly because when people see it they can read it (or should be able to). I get it that they're supposed to be unique, but it seems to defeat the purpose if you can't tell who the hell it is from (which is probably why every official form with a signature required also has something like "Print Name Here:___________ " or the like).

Did you spend much time practicing it?
No.

Have you changed it as well?
Yeah. I liked how a certain letters were written and adapted them to my own signature.

So, do you like your autograph?
Yes, I think it's fairly nice.

Did you spend much time practicing it?
Not really, it's just my regular handwriting with a little something extra.

Have you changed it as well?
Not intentionally. It changed as my handwriting did while growing up, but it's pretty much the same now as it was in high school.

My "Autograph" (I do believe they're called signatures), is a mixture of Cursive and printing.

I don't really like it, because its kinda messy, and if I want to write it nicely it takes waaayyy too long. It doesn't help both my first and last name are 9 letters long.... each.

I practiced it like.. twice, then gave up. XD Its been steadily evolving over the years.

Nah, I haven't. Too lazy, and I'm used to doing it by now.

Erm, it's just a messy bunch of stuff put together 🤣 . First one was just my initals.

I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I'm not sure it's right to change it right now òÖ. Did practice sometime to get it look smoother, but now it just comes up different everytime 🤣

Mine is basically just some squiggles with a vague inclination of a name. The key is not to really think about it much, just sign what naturally comes from your hand, since that is what makes it unique.

Do you like it:
Yeah, its fast and easy to do.

Did you practice:
Not really.

Have you changed it:
Yeah, I used to try and painstakingly write out my full name in cursive, but I have horrible handwriting to begin with, so there wasn't much point.

Worked for a doctor last summer who just did three loops for her signature (unless, she was in a really good mood, then she did four). As for mine, I don't really do anything special...just slap my name down and I'm done and that's the way it's always been.

I actually wanted to make a thread like this, but~

Anyways, my sig is my name in Russian and a curved line...
Yeah, really creative~ I need to change it>.<

So, do you like your autograph?
No. It's too simple~

Did you spend much time practicing it?
None...I mean, it's my name in Russian=/ What's there to remember?

Have you changed it as well?
I used to have a different one when I was younger.

my sig is just my name (dutch) with some loops in it. not all that, but it's easy to remember.how much time I spent practising it? not much.I made it up during French class, and it's only my name anyway.
I used to have a reeeeeally difficult one, but it was really ugly too, so I changed it ^^.

Yep, I like mine. It used to be longer... but as years went by, I guess I got lazy. It's down to three squiggly letters now.

I don't practice writing it, but I used to practice with my crushes' names when I was younger 🤣 Hey, what if I married them, no? Better prepared than not~

My signature is just my initials and my surname.

I spent a little bit of time practising, but only when I got a debt card because I had to write it on the back.

my handwriting is pretty much unreadable, so all my signatures are even more unreadable. The only letter i can recognize myself really is the R, so im thinking about changing it to just an R or something from now on 🤨 🤣
