Other notables would include Souryo Fuyumi, Sahara Mizu (or rather her other pseudonym) and Unita Yumi.

Motomi Kyousuke
His art and storylines are great.
Purikyuu, Dengeki Daisy, Otokomae! Beads Kurabu , Beast Master are my favourites. I recommend them^^ 😀

Overall I would have to say Ima Ichiko - one of the best storytellers out there. I absolutely love Hyakki Yakoushou, Otona no Mondai, Suna no Ue no Rakuen and a lot of her other works. I also love her fluid art style.
For shoujo with action and drama, I enjoy the works of Tamura Yumi, who is behind manga such as 7 Seeds and Basara.
And you can never go past Mizushiro Setona for psychological shoujo. See Kanojotachi no X-Day, After School Nightmare and Diamond Head.
