Code:Breaker-main male character goes on a killing spree right in the first chapter I think, but he does that alot in the following chapters too. bad ass character ftw.

I read it, and yes, it does have killing in it. The whole story is about a game where all of them slowly gets killed off unless they find the real culprit. I wouldn't nessarily call it a killing "spree" though, since not that many people dies, and they get killed one by one mostly.

Another one that came into my mind is Akumetsu. It's about a guy who somehow has infinite "clones" of himself and kills corrupt people/politicians using that. It has a mass amount of killings and it doesn't stop as the story goes on either =].
