The fact that so many people don't care leaves me really dead inside.
Hehehe, the lack of concern also depresses me, but the fact that you said this makes me want to respond.
Only read the first two pages and this one and I am disappointed. Is there really that little interest? I understand the fact that knowledge about the subject would lead to nothing per se but is there really very little interest among you all? It's pretty interesting to me. I don't see it as looking back; I see it as rewinding the video tape after I finished a movie just so I can find the foreshadowing and technique the writer used to tie the story together and make one giant masterpiece. I don't expect to change anyone's mind, but a different opinion never hurt. I want to ask you all something though: what knowledge would enhance your life? Most of you don't care because you find it useless (at least that's what I'm seeing), so what is meaningful to you and what gave it meaning? I find that there is meaning in everything, but meaning that is not applicable to everyone.
I believe in God and in Science, I DON'T see them as separate (like peanut butter and jelly, different but not separate).
PS: I find it humourous that the first religious references, apart from God, were references to Christianity (Adam in the Garden, Jesus in a user-name, Bible).
