Doubt!! - but I question whether a guy would like it; it's kind of a satire IMO of the superficial 'quest for beauty/boyfriend/popularity' teenage girl culture (it actually uses the phrase 'girls are manufactured goods'). Or you can take it seriously, but in that case it's really disgusting. 🙂

there is an arc in DICE: The Cube that Changes Everything that is like that. the female MC is pretty and very popular and gets bullied by the whole school (just for that arc though).

This is a stretch, but Dear, Only You Don't Know has a section where
one of the side characters (who becomes a main character for the arc) is bullied; the green-haired daughter Ruri is cute/pretty although I wouldn't say she's popular, since she's bullied....

Cherry Boy, That Girl she sorta deserves it but not to the extent of what she receives. Paves a way for some much needed character development ^^
