And there's quite a bit where the guy is rich/powerful but not evil, such as Ouji ga Watashi o Akiramenai!, Akagami no Shirayukihime, etc.

Definitely Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii (has an anime as well if you're interested).
I would also recommend Nobara no Hanayome.
However the male lead isn't really that evil ...

... and only gets angry (as in murder-mode) if something happens to the female lead.
